The +5 Plan, offered through the Northeastern Illinois LMCC, guarantees all new electrical work on newly-built homes for an additional five years beyond the builder’s one-year warranty at no additional cost.

The +5 Plan delivers on its promise; in the unlikely event that there is an electrical problem related to the services provided, the LMCC will promptly fix it free of charge.
